***3rd Level of the Home
Sleep in ultimate comfort with four spacious bedrooms, including the master suite with a private Gulf-view balcony, oversized walk-in shower, and walk in closet. An additional king en-suite with a double vanity, queen bedroom, and bunk room offer flexible sleeping arrangements. A shared hallway bathroom with a double vanity, plus double sets of washers & dryers, complete this level for total convenience.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. ••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• Pool heating and chilling is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
