About this apartment rental
Beautiful 50 m2 apartment near the center of Benalmádena. 900 meters from the beach, with bars, terraces, supermarkets, buses, and local trains nearby. With everything you need for a pleasant stay, where you can relax and enjoy time with your family or as a couple, you'll feel right at home in this well-equipped space.
As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A spacious living room with a seating area with a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.
- A small terrace.
- A bedroom with a double bed and a ceiling fan.
- A bathroom with a shower.
The entire apartment is also connected to Wi-Fi and has electric heaters. It is a warm and welcoming space, designed to provide the best possible stay for guests.
- Legal traveler registration according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we require identification information for all travelers over 15 years of age.
- This information will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested information before arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
