Welcome to your home by the sea. This spacious villa includes four beautifully furnished bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an additional office for those who may need to work during their stay. The living and dining areas are bright, modern, and colourful, creating an atmosphere that’s both fun and relaxing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar, making it ideal for enjoying morning coffee or preparing dinner with local produce. Outdoors, you’ll find multiple spaces to enjoy the sun, including a terrace with lounge seating, a balcony, and a large dining area under a parasol. The jacuzzi adds a touch of indulgence, and the private garage ensures easy parking during your stay.
The use of the jacuzzi is paid (extra cost) and it is necessary to notify us if you wish to use it in order to turn it on.

Vila Chã offers a slower pace of life, while still being within reach of Porto and Vila do Conde for those who want to explore more of the region.

To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.
- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
The jacuzzi is only available from April 1st to September 30th.

The property was a very good size for 8 adults. It was close to the beach and a few good restaurants. The garden areas were comfortable and although we didn’t use the bbq area because of the time of year it looked to be a very pleasant space. The property was very contemporary in style although on a practical side there were a couple of small grumbles. Nowhere to hang damp towels indoors. The shower head in the en-suite was ultra modern but not very good for getting wet because it was too slender. The basin in that room could have done with a plug rather than the system used. No towels or towel rail in the communal bathrooms. The shutters had no stays so they could not be left open in a wind. The airer for putting out clothes to dry in the back garden was too small. Hopefully these are constructive comments to improve the experience for future guests
