Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful, large bed in master and very comfortable. Stunning area, with Old Florida forest directly behind home. Impeccably clean. Bathroom had everything we needed, as did kitchenette. Super-quiet area and close to U of Florida campus and downtown.

From the moment I made my reservation to the day of checkout, the entire experience was absolutely seamless. The communication was top-tier clear, prompt, and genuinely helpful every step of the way.When I arrived, I was immediately impressed by how clean and cozy the space was. You can tell real thought and care went into preparing it. Everything I needed was already there, and the attention to detail made it feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming.What really stood out to me was how personal the experience felt. It didn’t feel like a generic hotel stay it felt warm, intentional, and thoughtfully put together. That level of care makes all the difference.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well managed place with outstanding customer service.

Great quiet place yet close enough to the action around UF, reachable within 10-15 minutes drive. Recently renovated, very clean and impeccable attention to details, all bathroom and kitchen supplies provided, 2 TVs with streaming services and fast wifi. As a plus is the nice view to all the greenery, the birds and the swamp from the back deck with the available binoculars. Jenn, the host, is so friendly and communicates back very fast. Would definitely come back.
