The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, hob, hood, large work surface) and opens directly onto a private terrace. The sofa in the living room is a convertible sofa with high-end bedding and allows sleeping for 2.

The double room also includes a shower and a toilet.

An additional toilet is accessible from the living room.

In the heart of the Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne, our property is an old factory that we have made warm and pleasant to live in while maintaining its industrial style. Located in the town of Orcines, near the Puy-de-Dôme, our establishment enjoys a breathtaking view of this iconic volcano of our region and quick access to the city of Clermont-Ferrand (11 minutes), Vulcania and Volcan de Lemptégy (13 minutes).

We wanted to renovate this building, a testament to an industrial past while retaining as many of its characteristics as possible. Thus, you will find large openings in the industrial style in our accommodations, the brutality of concrete combining harmoniously with the warmth of wood.

The property is located on a park of one hectare, crossed by the Tiretaine, small river trout that will bring you freshness during the hottest days.

Breakfast will be served most of the time in our dining room or on its terrace when the weather permits. Open 7/7 in high season you can take the opportunity to come and eat there according to our opening hours.

You will also find on site a shop that offers bike rental and repair.

In the village, accessible on foot in less than 10 minutes, there is an excellent bakery, a tobacco shop, a shop of regional products as well as a paragliding school.

Many hiking trails within walking distance!
