The reception staff were warm and welcoming while maintaining excellent professionalism. Our guest room was well appointed with my favorite Le Labo bath amenities, a steam iron, both women and men sized slippers and delicious snacks/beverages.

My stay here was excellent. I stayed in one of the full view ocean rooms and it defintely met every expectation. The bathroom was large and had double sinks. The bathrobes were soft. Turn down service was great and so were the other amenities like complimentary snacks and water. I avoided Santa Cruz for a few years after Covid but this stay absolutely has given me a reason to come back.
