The property itself was clean and comfortable, with an excellent location for TCU events. Renters should note it’s in a student housing area, so it can be noisy. And the building directly across from the entrance is boarded up with some trash around the exterior, which impacts first impressions.

Renovations are nice but overall underwhelmed by property. Location was okay. Neighborhood was a mix with some newer, high end student rentals.
