We had a great stay at Exsaison Chatan. We got 2 budget rooms that were very convenient. The location was good, it’s 10 min by walk from American village.
The staff was very helpful and replied fast to our questions. We really felt great here.
Didn’t like the texture and quality of bed sheets and towels. Some water glasses were dirty and didn’t have clutery in my room.

北谷の中日ドラゴンズのキャンプの視察が目的だったので、会場まで近くてよかったです。また、近くに外食チェーン（大戸屋、吉野家）、コンビニ（ファミマ）、移動手段のバス停（桑江バス停）も至近でロケーションとしては最高だったと思います。
台所の棚に、前の客のゴミが残っていました。清掃忘れだと思いますが、きちんと確認してほしいですね。後は、ウォシュレットのトイレの調子がよくなく、弁座も冷たかったので早めに修理をした方がいいかと思います。

There is a hidden cleaning fee that is quite steep and only appeared in the last moment of purchasing the property which left us wondering about the transparent communication.

チェックイン、アウトが楽だった
マンスリーマンションのように自分の家気分で滞在できるから、お洗濯したり、レンジやポットがあって軽く食事も取れるのでよかった。
お部屋のドアのオートロックだけなので、
エントランスやエレベーターはセキュリティがほぼない。
実はエアコンから結露した水が吹き出し口からポタポタ落ちて来ていたが、すぐに対応してくれるのかな？と不安になった。
そんなに大事ではないのでそのうち直してもらえたらと。
