Ottima posizione, attaccato alla stazione di Genova Quinto. La villa è molto bella con tetti affrescati e arredamenti nuovi e di qualità. Letto e divano letto comodi. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto (a pagamento). Supermarket a fianco alla Villa.
Il parcheggio ha un costo di 20€ al giorno.

Una experiencia de alojamiento totalmente distinta, despertar con el canto de los pájaros, dormir sin ruidos molestos. El personal súper atentos con el recibimiento y también al momento de irnos.
Muy espacioso tanto el dormitorio como la cocina, el baño muy bueno y la ducha aún mejor.
Sin dudas, volvería a alojarme.

Près de la gare et des bus. Joli environnement. Belle propriété. Sécurisée. Une cuisine est à disposition avec tout le nécessaire. Visiblement ils vont installer une piscine, ce qui donnera un plus. Tout se fait par WhatApp, même les appels, ce qui est très pratique. Ceux qu'on a eu par téléphone sont assez agréables et serviables et feront tout pour vous aider ou modifier les heures d'arrivée ou de départ.
Juste du personnel pour l’accueil puis on n'a vu personne d'autres, mais ils étaient atteignables via WhatApp. L'application check-in est longue et fastidieuse. Si vous dépassez de 30 minutes l'heure d'arrivée, ils indiquent qu'ils peuvent annuler la réservation en gardant l'argent versé et pour le départ, si vous partez après 10h00, ils vous chargent de 100€. Le parking est cher 20€ la nuit. Malheureusement toutes ces informations vous sont communiquées après avoir réglé votre séjour.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem grosszügigen Garten. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sind schön und praktisch. Parkplätze sind auf dem Areal, müssen aber extra bezahlt werden.
Die Liegenschaft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Bahnhof und den Gleisen. Von morgen früh bis spät Abends hat man den Lärm von den Zugsdurchfahrten sowie von den Zügen und den quitschenden Rädern/Bremsen. Man muss mit Ohrenstöpsel schlafen, damit man nicht gestört ist.
Bei uns war die Dachterrasse wegen Renovation geschlossen, dies wurde aber in dem Inserat auf Booking nicht angemerkt, sondern mit der Dachterrasse wird Werbung gemacht.
