Great location, good breakfast, good rates. Polite staff. Mostly functional. Great WIFI
Hot water had some issues, worked and didn't. I think the door should have an inside lock, it makes guests feel more secure.
When streaming services like Netflix isn't subscribed, then Dstv or GOtv should work. I'm not big of that, but it was a bit of a letdown.

Nice hotel in a good location at the heart of the city. Modern facilities and clean. WiFi was good, powerful supply was uninterrupted, staff were very nice and friendly. Overall it was a beautiful hotel.
Had some confusion with the pricing from booking versus the actual fee charges at the hotel but thankfully they were considerate and we were able to work something out.
