Πεντακάθαρο και καινούργιο σπίτι, πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Η θέρμανση λειτουργούσε άψογα, ιδανικό για οικογένεια με βρέφος. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις (πλυντήριο, καφετιέρα, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα, άνετη κουζίνα). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, με το κέντρο της Μυτιλήνης σε περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης εξαιρετικά ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός — μας άφησε μέχρι και προμήθειες στο ψυγείο και είχε φροντίσει ακόμη και για βασικά πράγματα για το μωρό.
Το πάρκινγκ στο πίσω μέρος της πολυκατοικίας είναι λίγο περιορισμένο και οι θέσεις δεν είναι αριθμημένες, οπότε δεν καταφέραμε να το αξιοποιήσουμε. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, βρίσκαμε σχετικά εύκολα θέση στον δρόμο έξω.
