Os anfitriões (Ivanda e Vanderlei) são prestativos, simpáticos e nos atenderam de maneira exemplar. A limpeza é criteriosa, as instalações são boas e o ambiente bastante acolhedor. Nas proximidades encontramos padaria, lavanderia, mercado, farmácia, lojinhas de variedades, sorveteria, lanchonete e muitas conveniências. A praia grande fica a 600 m de distância, assim como a praia dos anjos que fica em sentido contrário.
