Having the amenities of a proper apartment were very helpful. The location was interesting as it is high in the hills and your views over the city are very nice
Parking the car was VERY difficult and the hills of Funchal make walking here VERY arduous.

Great apartment. Loved the sunny terrace both in the afternoons and evenings. Kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable bed and good shower.
Although I always found a parking spot, you need to climb up the street daily. Not so handy with groceries. But well, this is Madeira. Got used to it.

The property was vey clean, well equipped and in a very convenient location just a few minutes from the center but at the same time easy to park and fast to access the highway. The property owner was very friendly and always available on the phone. We will return for sure
