Logement sale et désorganisé – Une expérience à éviter
Bien placé et la possibilité de pouvoir arriver plus tôt que prévu.
À mon arrivée, j’ai immédiatement remarqué un manque flagrant d’entretien : - Sol jonché de miettes, douche visiblement sale et aucune trace de ménage sérieux. - Aucun drap fourni (non précisé dans l’annonce) et pas même un rouleau de papier toilette– des éléments de base qu’on s’attend à trouver dans une location. - Le propriétaire a simplement expliqué que le ménage était à la charge des précédents locataires et que ni les draps ni le papier toilette n’étaient inclus dans le prix. Pour 113€ les deux nuits, devoir nettoyer moi-même et apporter mes propres draps est inacceptable. Si vous cherchez un hébergement propre et bien préparé, passez votre chemin.

Keine Bettwäsche / Keine Handtücher / Schmutzig&Desolat
Das Appartement war bei Übernahme schmutzig und unaufgeräumt. Bettwäsche ist nicht vorhanden, Handtücher sind ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Dies steht hinten versteckt in den Mietklauseln, worauf uns der unhöfliche Vermieter bei telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme hinwies. Ein enges schmuddeliges Stockbett ist im kleinen Flur vorhanden. Die Möbel sind desolat. Reinigung muss selbst durchgeführt werden, sonst wird eine Gebühr von 120 Euro fällig. Wir reinigten verärgert das schmutzig übernommene Appartement und hinterließen es sauber. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

L'hôte qui était injoignable pendant plus d'une heure et demie après notre arrivée, alors qu'il avait connaissance de l'heure d'arrivée, nous obligeant à louer autre chose en urgence pour avoir un toit pour la nuit, ne sachant pas s'il finirait par nous donner les moyens d'accès....ce qu'il a fait mais bien trop tard, incompréhensible !!
