TA Apartment

Staff / owner is responsive. Very accomodating waited for us even late at night. The unit is brand new.

The location / accesibility. There will be an issue especially if during rainy season, , the acces road to the unit if nit flooding, ir muddy.

The rooms are newly built. A/C is new and quiet.

A warm shower will be fantastic.

We were not provided with breakfast.

An ounce of courtesy and politeness from the owner which doorbell we rang twice. The apartment's location was like a maze, especially for people unfamiliar with the city. We had to ask several people for directions just to find the place. Unfortunately, one person, who is a neighbor of the owner or caretaker, directed us at the wrong location. Confused and unsure of where to go, we rang the doorbell several times. When the residents finally opened the door, they were unwelcoming and immediately reminded us to ring the doorbell only once because a child was sleeping. Their request would have been perfectly understandable had it been communicated politely and with a little courtesy, especially considering the fact that they run a business. How were we supposed to know that we had been directed to the wrong place? And how could we possibly have known that a baby was sleeping inside? PAREHO ANG KULAY NG GATE NINYO AT NG APARTMENT NA PAGMAMAY-ARI NINYO. We understand the need to respect the residents' peace and quiet, but a little patience and kindness would have made a significant difference. We were simply trying to find the apartment ,,and there was no reason for us to be treated as though we had deliberately disturbed anyone. Likely, the treatment could have been different had we looked rich . To the couple, whose treatment seemed hostile, impolite, and belittling, may you learn kindness.
