Comfortable, clean and plenty of room for a family of four, close to everything, right on the strand.

Good size for a small family with everything you need. Two bathrooms, laundry and kitchen fitted out well with washing machine, dryer, clothing rack, fridge, oven, dishwasher (no tabs so couldn’t use it which was inconvenient but we survived), kettle and pod coffee machine. Plenty of cups, plates, baking trays, frying pans, cutlery etc.
The public foyer area on that floor reeked of urine or something else. Couldn’t smell it in the unit but we would hold our breath coming and going to the elevator.

The property was nice and clean. Plenty of space to live. 2 bathrooms
Location of the property was directly on a corner with car hoons racing all night around the area and no way of blocking out the noise
The pool filter bearings were on the way out and filter was running all night but was switched off during the day
