The room was large clean and pleasant but a working tv and sink would have been good.
There was no breakfast available and no one around to give back the key when I left in the morning.
The TV was not connected to receive tv channels so couldn't be used. The sink plug jammed in the plughole and I couldn't't get it out! Soap and shower gel was not in the containers and it was not clear it was in sachets in a mug so I went out to find some shower gel as I was travelling light without soap.

The bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous customer. There was beard hair all over the sink, shower, toilet. The mug and teaspoon were left in the sink, which indicates they rinse the mugs in the bathroom sink and put them back on the tray. The standard of the bathroom was so diabolical, i question if the bedding is changed between guests

Nice place, lovely staff, great location, canny good price for a stay that was almost a week.
Very minor nitpick - the heating was a bit much, even on the lowest setting (beats the outside cold though).

The staff were friendly, even though it is above a bar you couldn't hear anything. Newly painted
The room layout was awkward you had a mirror on the wall but the desk had a tv on it at the other side of the room. The kettle had to be plugged in behind the tv which I was dubious about.
