Location, safety, comfy beds, good internet access, and the affordable prices!!!
Lots of restaurants, beach, and shops within walking distance.
The area is lively, but you get peace in your accommodation in your neighborhood.
Nothing! The interior design/decor can be upgraded, but it will come with a price tag. 😁

Loved the large rooms, TV access, Aircon and outdoor area with a swimming pool. Great space for the kids and awesome location, walkable to shops, restaurants and cultural show. Easy to pick up taxis.
Arrived and were given a different apartment, kids had to sleep on the floor first night because they obviously double booked, but to be fair they only charged $100 the first night. Didn't appreciate having to move the next day.
The cleaning manager brought his entire extended family over on the Sunday and they just sat in the guest area and stared at us swimming and drank Kava - then left all Thier rubbish. Owners need to deal with that.
