Très bien situé , bel endroit , literie confortable

L'emplacement est parfait. Le lieu est à la fois calme et très proche du centre ville. La literie est d'excellente qualité. Les deux salles de douche sont un plus.
Il n'y a pas de porte de salle de douche dans la chambre du haut. Il y a un vis à vis de la douche et des WC avec l'immeuble d'en face. La salle de douche du bas à un problème de température de l'eau, très complexe à régler. Nous n'avons pas déjeuné/dîné à l'appartement mais l'emplacement de la table à manger n'est pas bon. L'escalier est très étroit et assez raide. Bon à savoir avant de louer. Les interrupteurs ne fonctionnent pas toujours.

L’emplacement en plein centre-ville
Nous avons eu très très froid car les chauffages étaient éteints à notre arrivée. Sachant qu’il faisait particulièrement froid, nous aurions apprécié arriver dans un logement à bonne température. Même en laissant les radiateurs allumés toute la nuit, le gîte n’a pas atteint de température agréable. Dommage. Sans ce désagrément, nous aurions peut-être apprécié le reste. Par ailleurs, l’heure d’arrivée (17h) est tardive et une arrivée à 16h est facturée 10€ supplémentaires 😏
