Horrible

Liked nothing about the stay. No hot water, and was told by the property owner that it was my problem and there is no cancelations... illegal to rent out a property with no hot water, and refused to reimburse the stay and said it was my problem. Don't stay here, much better placed to stay for the same price. Do not deal with this property owner.

Everything! But not being able to shower is quite a huge issue! And y'all did nothing. Can't believe you let these people rent out property on your website.
