Large New Downtown Loft

Location and vibe We felt safe too

Having to carry our things like a loaded heavy cooler from the parking garage to the loft because we couldn’t leave vehicle unattended in the alley blocking the restaurant and homeless hanging around so we had to carry everything in one trip. Our vehicle couldn’t make the turn but no biggie it’s just humid and hot and we didn’t have much to carry it’s just a hot humid day and a heavy iced down cooler with no wheels, bad planning and last min seeing we couldn’t make it to the loft without walking and not safe enough to leave our things out park and come back, but now if we return we will have it down pat. The parking garage was safe, except all the doors are locked for the elevator and the stairs for safety so we had to walk down the exit and entrances with lugging our stuff. The app for the garages was easy to use on a positive note.

Good location with quick access to downtown restaurants. Spacious and well maintained loft. Good communication from the property owner. Overall, good value.

There is nothing wrong with the room but the restaurant dumpster outside the garage was a mess. There was food all over the floor in front of the garage. We didn't experience any foul smell or flies but it was gross and unwelcoming.
