Апартаменты находятся в современном ЖК. Относительно безопасное местоположение. Современная мебель и бытовые техника. Рядом находятся торговые центры. Приветливая хозяйка. Есть детская площадка и паркинг для авто за отдельную плату.
В квартире всё на электроенергии, в течении проживания каждый день выключали свет, что может негативно сказаться на настроении при отдыхе. Апартаменты очень компактные, немного тесновато для 4 человек.
