Hospitality.
AC facilities was not there neither double blanket. It was very cold at night.

Room service & cleanliness.
We had booked in advance but they couldn't provide us the rooms on the same floor. They assured me for arrange the same on next day but didn't. They forced me to pay in full while checking in hotel. Even they behaved us rudely on that moment.

The location is great and you can easily commute to mall road its 1 km walk and toy train track is in front of the hotel.
Outside food is not allowed not even sweggy or zomato and there food quality is not that good. No basic facilities like ironing for clothes etc. Toilets are super clean but there is bad odour which never goes out from it. Overall its good because its a little cheap but not best. No parking for 2 wheeler as well. Plus if you are taking room with mountain view its a joke you can barely see the mountain.
