The staff were friendly and helpful, brought me food quickly after a long journey which was nice. And the check in was smooth. The room was good size and the bed was comfy and there was hot water. It’s close to the train station.
There was no toilet paper in the room when I asked for some I was shown the sprayer but that doesn’t help women?! There was also no sheet to sleep under only a blanket which clearly isn’t washed between guests so I had to ask for a sheet to sleep under. Also the surfaces were all dirty in the room. Definitely definitely not worth the full amount, I paid £12 for one night but that’s still too expensive for this place!

Good value , nice clean room , all basic amenities available with heated water available in attached toilet
In house food facilities are not available ( presently they get from outside which takes time )and availability of tea and coffee not there
