The surroundings, greenery, villa layout
One bathroom wasn't clean, the other didn't have the shower working

The villa is beautiful, and most importantly - as advertised on Booking.com. It has a nice view of a golf-scape, is nice and quiet - temperature is easily 2-3 °C lesser than Delhi at any point of time.
Even though the TVs put up aren't smart, the host has provided fire sticks to compensate for that - which I think is a nice & thoughtful touch.
The club house has good facilities like badminton, TT & Pool.
Difficult to find anything in particular, but if I have to think hard -
1. the swimming pool isn't accessible to us guests
2. ground floor room's bed is a sofa-cum-bed, not super comfortable

We loved the sunrise walks and evenings on the patio. Neat and clean rooms, reliable wi-fi and easy check-in. Our host, Zagrav, was super responsive and helpful. The house-help, Prem Bahadur, cooked delicious meals per our request. We’d love to visit again.

The staff (Prem Bahadur) and the owner (Zagrav) were super helpful and sweet in how they greeted and treated us.
The owner himself travelled all the way to greet us and help us settle in well, and was not at all nosey
