We were really impressed with how clean and well-maintained the hotel was! Special thanks to Ms. Faye, who kindly waited for us to check in even though she was already past her working hours due to our delayed flight. She was very accommodating, friendly, and spoke English really well, which made communication so easy. The only suggestion I have is to provide a water dispenser on each floor for guests’ convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Stay Date: 9 October 2026 Overall Experience: Extremely Dissatisfied I am genuinely shocked and deeply disappointed by how poor this hotel experience was, especially considering the premium price we paid for just one night. What was supposed to be a pleasant and memorable overnight stay as a couple turned into an incredibly frustrating and regrettable experience. The hotel simply failed to deliver even the basic standards of comfort, service, and hospitality that any paying guest should reasonably expect. Here are the major issues we encountered: 1. Extremely cramped room: There was barely enough space to move around the bed comfortably. The room felt restrictive and poorly designed. 2. Terrible hot water system: The hot water took an unreasonably long time to heat up, and the water flow was frustratingly slow. Even taking a proper shower became an inconvenience. 3. Misleading “recently renovated” description: The property was advertised as recently renovated, yet building materials were still lying around both the interior and exterior corridors, including near fire-safety areas. It gave the impression of an unfinished renovation rather than a properly prepared hotel ready to welcome guests. 4. An obviously aging building: Just looking at the outdated lift panel was enough to reveal how old the building actually is. The overall condition did not reflect the premium impression created by the listing. 5. Unpleasant interior design: The wallpaper and room aesthetics felt strange and unsettling rather than comfortable or welcoming. 6. No air-conditioning temperature control: We couldn’t even adjust the air-conditioning temperature because no accessible controls or remote were provided. Something this basic should never be an issue at this price point. 7. Absolutely disappointing service and complete disregard for guest requests: During booking, I clearly specified our preferences for a high-floor room, a room away from the elevator, and a special honeymoon arrangement. Not a single request appeared to have been acknowledged or addressed. There was no explanation, communication, or thoughtful gesture whatsoever. While special requests may be subject to availability, completely ignoring them without any communication reflects extremely poor hospitality. 8. Terrible value for money: The price charged was completely disproportionate to the quality of accommodation and service received. I genuinely struggle to understand what justifies such pricing. 9. Highly questionable review scores: After experiencing the property firsthand, I find it extremely difficult to reconcile the hotel’s high review ratings with the actual conditions. The gap between expectations and reality is enormous. I strongly encourage future travelers to read the critical reviews carefully rather than relying on the overall rating alone. 10. A completely ruined couple’s experience: We expected a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable overnight stay together. Instead, we were left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and frankly cheated out of what should have been a special experience. 11. Completely misleading “City View” room description: The room was advertised as offering a “City View,” which naturally created an expectation of a reasonably pleasant urban outlook. However, the actual view from our window was absolutely ridiculous and nowhere near what the description suggested. It was yet another major disappointment and a glaring mismatch between what was advertised and what we actually received. If this is what the hotel considers a “City View,” then its room descriptions seriously need to be reviewed for accuracy and transparency. Guests should not have to pay premium prices only to discover that the advertised room features are so far removed from reality. The only thing I could recommend on this hotel is it’s cheap price, the photo is looked much better than the actual condition of the hotel., beds are ok but the window next to it is so dusty
