La ubicación es perfecta en el centro de Lobos, con disponibilidad de todos los comercios alrededor. Hermoso el parque, la parrilla. Excelente para comer un asado en la mesa resguardada del sol. Todos los servicios, de internet, tv. El día de llegada hacia mucho calor y nos dejaron agua fria en la heladera. Poseen filtro purificador de agua. Cochera para un vehículo muy cómoda.
