Location. Location. Location. Clean and cosy. Pet friendly. Nicely decorated. Great facilities. Tip - read the history of the property from the owner in the guest book.
It was a cold and rainy weekend and the shack is old (1940’s) and has a draft. The heaters and split are ok, but it still gets pretty cold.

Close to the beach, short walk to town, outdoor shower to rinse off sand, absolute comfort, perfect little shack for a family.

Great walkable location to everything Torquay had to offer including the breweries and surf shops to the town centre, beach and walking/ running trails. Nicely set up cottage, felt very fresh and clean and well appointed with everything for a great stay. Nice retro vibe.
Slight downside was lack of aircon/ heating to the bedrooms. In hotter or colder weather this might be a slight challenge. We coped by leaving doors open to allow heat from living room to try and filter through but can't do that all the time!
