The location.
The apartment had not been cleaned when I arrived and the previous occupants had left it in an enormous mess. Garbage everywhere. Cigarette ash. Dirty dishes. An used syringe. Dirty linen. A bad smell in the bedroom like someone had broken a bottle of really cheap cologne. I contacted the agency and sent them about 40 photos of the mess. I needed the place to be usable immediately so I did a lot of cleaning up myself. In fairness to the agency, they did send someone to do a further clean up, and they did send me a partial refund of PLN210.
