The location was great.
1) The aircon was broken and it was super hot. The bed was all wet because of the aircon. They did not offer a refund or moving us to other room. 2) It is ok if you stay just for a few days as it is cheap considering Tokyo prices. But they don’t clean the room or change towels during your stay, so staying long time is not ideal if you have basic clean standars. 3) the property manager were sending messages in Japanese what it was an extra step for me to go to the translator to convert to English. And of course, it is not always accurate. If you are receiving tourists you need to put effort in writing in English.
