20 хвилин від Саранди, 20 хвилин до озера Блакитне Око. Помешкання знаходиться на території виноробні. Дуже привітний власник, пригощав напоями власного виробництва та фруктами. На території є ресторан, де можна замовити сніданок, вечерю. Меню не є дуже великим, але великий вибір різного мʼяса з вогню. В номерах все після свіжого ремонту. Матраци та подушки зручні. Є кондиціонер, холодильник, телевізор. Красива, доглянута зелена територія. Проте ще все в стадії ремонту. Є приватна парковка біля помешкання, що дуже зручно.
Не зручний душ. Не відділений від туалету, погано стікає та набирається вода. Нас було по 3 чоловіка в номері. Диван не був відразу застелений, та не підготували постіль. Не дуже організований персонал.
