Apartamento muito bem equipado, com bons móveis, todos eletrodomésticos, TV e ar cond em todos os cômodos. O condomínio muito bem cuidado e conservado. O proprietário Rubens foi muito atencioso e sempre rápido para responder as dúvidas e resolver as demandas. A praia em frente ao condomínio é muito gostosa e não ficou cheia, mesmo em alta temporada.
Como viajamos com crianças, sentimos falta de máquina de lavar e espaço maior de varal.
