We just wrapped up an amazing week at this beautiful home in Milton, FL through Evolve, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the place felt like a true getaway—spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and incredibly relaxing.
The house itself is stunning: open layout with plenty of space, comfortable beds (everyone slept great), a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep easy, and that incredible outdoor area! The location is ideal: quiet and private, yet only a short drive to downtown Milton’s charming Riverwalk, great local eats, and easy access to Blackwater River State Park for hiking or more paddling adventures. It’s the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience—about 30 minutes from Pensacola if you want a beach day too.
Everything was super clean upon check-in, with fresh linens, plenty of towels, and all the little extras (coffee, spices, board games) that make a stay feel welcoming. Communication with the host via Evolve was prompt and helpful, and check-in/out was seamless.
If you’re looking for a serene Florida panhandle escape with nature right at your doorstep, this place is it. We can’t wait to come back—easily one of our best vacation rental experiences ever. Thank you to the host and Evolve for a flawless stay!
