Welcome to North Beach Village #62 - a 3BD/2BA Key West style townhouse on Holmes Beach! It's located in a quiet and peaceful residential area just a half block from the pristine Anna
Maria Island beaches. It is also just a few steps to the free trolley line that can take you anywhere you want to explore on this beautiful 7-mile beach paradise.
When entering North Beach Village #62, you walk up a short flight of stairs to the main level. This story features a large open plan living area with lots of natural light, well equipped kitchen includes all appliances with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, dining area and half bath with washer and dryer. Step outside onto the large, shaded and screened in lanai off the living area to enjoy the tropical breezes or have al fresco meals at the outdoor dining area. There is an additional deck off the dining area.
This home feature another story which has the main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The queen guest bedroom and the third bedroom with two twin beds share a hall bathroom that comes with a shower/tub combination.
The downstairs double garage accommodates extra room for parking. You will find your beach gear including beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. There is also an extra full-size fridge to store your extra drinks and other refreshments.
