 Located just steps from the sand and directly across the street from the beach, Beach Plum Manor is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath coastal home designed for families, couples, and groups seeking a quiet, relaxing escape on the Delaware coast.

The thoughtfully planned layout offers both comfort and privacy:

Upper Level

• 1 King bedroom

• 1 Queen bedroom

• Pull-out sofa

Lower Level

• 1 King bedroom

• 1 bedroom with two Twin XL beds

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, making meals and clean-up easy. Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces—dine on the upper deck with ample seating and a gas grill, or unwind on the ground-level patio, complete with comfortable seating, a fire pit, and your own private stargazing dome.

Relax by the Fire

As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit with your favorite drink and listen to the peaceful sounds of the bay. It’s the perfect way to end a beach day—share stories, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the soft glow of the fire beneath the stars.

 With the beach just across the street, begin your mornings with serene shoreline walks. Collect seashells, spot local wildlife, or watch the sun rise over Delaware Bay. Broadkill Beach is quiet, uncrowded, and naturally beautiful—perfect for a slower, more scenic coastal stay.

 Beach Plum Manor offers a peaceful, residential beach experience—ideal for guests who want to unplug, unwind, and savor the simple joys of seaside living. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck, grilling with family, stargazing from the dome, or relaxing by the fire, your stay will be filled with comfort, calm, and memories to last a lifetime.

Please note we do not provide linens or towels, but they can be rented on your behalf and delivered before your stay.

ITEMS TO BRING: Bath & beach towels, Bed linens, soaps, toiletries, and paper products (TP, paper towels, garbage bags). Beach chairs and umbrellas are also recommended. You may find other items left behind from past guests..

LINEN RENTALS: Bed & Bath Linen / towel rentals are available.

Propane Grill is on premises but it is an honor system.  The cleaning team does not maintain it.  If you find it is out of propane contact us and we will reimburse you for the fill.  

Note: Pets are not allowed. 

 a quick note about what to expect from a home in a natural coastal setting.

Our home is surrounded by the beach, bay, and tidal wetlands. Depending on the tides, heat, humidity, rainfall, and wind direction, you may occasionally notice a natural earthy or marsh-like scent in the outdoor air. This comes from the vegetation and organic material naturally present in coastal wetlands and is a temporary part of the local environment.

Coastal living can also include sand, salt air, flies, ants, spiders, and other occasional visitors from nature. Our cleaning team carefully prepares the home before every arrival, but it is impossible to guarantee a completely bug-free, sand-free, or cobweb-free beach house.

If you find a cleaning or maintenance issue during your stay, please message us promptly. We genuinely want the opportunity to address anything we reasonably can.
