Fantastic location. Big, comfortable room, with kitchen area and sofa, big balcony with wooden bath. Air con worked great. Clothes rail. Good bathroom and great shower. Comfortable and clean bed. Great place to relax and people watch above the chaos of the old quarter. Hanoi old quarter can be hard to discern where is actually good to stay and where isn’t - the reviews seem to be fake half of the time, but this place is awesome.

It was fine for me but it is on the third floor and only accessible by steps, something to keep in mind. Also, you have to access the room by walking through the shop downstairs. More of an apartment than a hotel. It felt very secure.

Die Lage war einfach unglaublich. Der Laden im Erdgeschoss war erst gewöhnungsbedürftig aber man hat sich dadurch viel mehr wie ein Teil Hanois gefühlt. Der Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße war besonders abends und morgens spannend, so dass wir die Rooftop Bar im Haus gar nicht brauchten. Auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gab war optimal. Alle mit denen wir vor Ort zu tun hatten, ob direkt oder über Messenger waren super freundlich und herzlich!

Das Zimmer selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch in Ordnung, da haben wir in Vietnam schon anderes gesehen. Die Ausstattung der Küche würde kochen nicht wirklich zulassen - aber wer kocht schon in der Ferienwohnung in Hanoi? 😅

1.空間很大，放兩個20吋行李也綽綽有餘。 2.有提供萬國充、延長線很貼心 3.有桌子和沙發，可以小憩 4.陽台大、視野好 5.就在最熱鬧的老城街上，去哪都方便 6.便宜 7.房東友善、客氣 （要上樓梯，要先經過賣咖啡禮盒的店，若出門時咖啡禮盒店還沒開，直接上推捲門就可以出門了，我那時候不知道，找不到開關，超慌張，以為被關在裡面了）

1.房間在四樓，對年長者不友善 2.樓梯較窄搬行李不方便 3.樓房在街道旁，淺眠的人在早上會被喇叭聲吵醒
