El apartamento super bien equipado, amplio, cómodo, cocina completamente equipada, el personal de contacto siempre muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos; se puede llegar al sitio sin problemas a 5-6 minutos a pie desde la estación de trenes de Málaga, además queda una estación de metro a 2 cuadras y supermercados cerca, una ubicación de 10.
Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente al llegar de que no había nadie para recibirnos o entregarnos las llaves, al parecer no sabían de nuestra llegada, pero se resolvió en menos de 10 minutos llegó una persona muy amable y nos pudo ingresar al apartamento. Otro detalle fueron las toallas que tenía un olor un poco desagradable; pero realmente no son detalles muy relevantes por lo que el balance de nuestra estancia en el apartamento es muy positiva.

• Close to the train station with connections to the airport.
• Carrefour Express and Mercadona just around the corner.
•The apartment is a good size for a group of friends. We were 4 adults and 2 children, and it was very comfortable.
•Check-in and check-out were smooth.
• We found some plates that hadn’t been properly cleaned inside the cabinets.
• Missing some basic items like a kitchen towel. We used the oven but didn’t have anything to grab the hot trays.
• The sofa seems to be broken, as you basically slide down every time you sit on it.
• The shower drain seems to be a bit clogged, and the water wasn’t going down properly.
• We ran out of toilet paper. There were no new rolls provided, only partially used ones.
• Very important: one of the rooms with the double bed is extremely noisy. You can literally hear people upstairs flushing the toilet, showering, and using the washing machine — it’s very hard to sleep.
• A bottle opener would be nice to have, as well as a second pan and more kitchen utensils.
I hate giving bad reviews, but I’m very shocked considering that all the previous reviews were really good. At this point, I don’t think they’re real.
I hope they can improve things for future guests.

La relación calidad-precio. Un piso precioso y cómodo.
La hora de entrada y salida fue un poco injusta al principio. Pero la dueña fue flexible con nosotros al final de la estancia.
