Urban Serenity

The Place is very Close the Center, it was very clean. Everything we need were in the apartment. We are very satisfied from our small trip next time I will choose sure the same place to stay.

Only the location was very convenient.

We were provided with an entrance code only nothing else by Elizabeth via WhatsApp on the day of arrival. We arrived and got into the apartment by punching the CODE. Just after we noticed that considerable amount of water was draining out from the refrigerator. We took care of the water ourselves and informed Elizabeth. Then we observed that the apartment was not cleaned properly (the photos taken). Cleaned some of them ourselves. And then leaving our belongings including my cellphone charging, we left the apartment and went out to have dinner. After the dinner we returned to the apartment and used the CODE given to enter. But it did not work. Tried again and again. Did not work. My phone was in the room, Elizabeth had not sent me any other information about the way to enter the apartment except the CODE, and in the middle of the night we were in a very tight spot. Together with my wife, we, went out of the building and tried to get some help from local people. But nothing was changed. Then we decided to go to the police station. At the police station I explained everything thing in details and they told us to go back to the apartment. When we arrived there, they were there. Then they contacted Elizabeth by phone. And the police received the new code and gave it to me. Finally we got in the apartment. And the police passed the instructions to get in the room with the CARD. That is surprising to me because Elizabeth did not inform us about the card. She had only sent me the code to enter. We are very upset. I finally was able to reach my own phone that was in charging in the apartment and showed the only message I had about the entrance procedure into the apartment. It was obviously understood that Elizabeth had sent me only the first step as stated in the message via WhatsApp. As a reply wrote down the message below to Elizabeth: You first contacted me via WhatsApp and keep communicating in this.
