Location, country side setting
Property was half-cleaned, dirty sheets & shower, and no instructions provided on how to get in. We had the feeling our booking had been forgotten and we were not expected to be there. We called, leaving a voice message and also messaged through the app, only receiving a response a day later. No coffee provided, and just one tea bag between us for the morning.
