Amazing views, super clean!

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Position, views, clean windows for views

Access very stressful. Almost gave up! Instructions for access denied before access time despite our request on morning of booking, then portal for accessing that info on arrival wasn’t working, no phone number given for help and waited an hour for email to be responded to, then had to again go through loading detailed ID and credit card etc so staff could set up new portal so necessary info could be provided then go to a business 2 blocks away to collect key so 2 hour delay in being able to access property. Phone number for help then provided but not answered when problems with oven experienced. Access difficulties meant we missed our early evening show. Oven fan extremely noisy so oven unable to be used. Window opening to create balcony not working so this expected pleasure not possible. Sauna in building ( not unit) not working.

Great location, amazing view

Cheap furniture, pillows and linen, bed was very low to the floor, worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Spare pillow had no pillow case. Blind in bedroom was broken when we got there which blocked most of the view. How to get there instructions could have been clearer and given a more direct route. Only given 1 key.
