The property location was very good. The views from the balcony were superb. We also requested them to change our room if we could have a better view and they did it. The food at breakfast and dinner were superb. The room was also very good.
The only reason I’ve deducted one point was because the WiFi was not working. Though the hotel staff was not responsible for it since the problem was across the Nubra Valley. However next time I’m there I will still stay at Karma Inn.

The hotel was acceptable for a stay, and the breakfast was decent. The room was generally okay for a short visit.
During our stay, my wife became unwell, and when we requested assistance from the reception, there was no heater available. Even providing an extra blanket and hot water took a very long time. Food service was also extremely slow - we had to follow up twice before receiving our order, and the food quality and taste were disappointing. The overall service response time needs significant improvement.
