Room was clean, with great aesthetics. Comfy big enough with 2 toilets, one in-bedroom and the other common. The host provided the basic stuff like drinking water facilities, clean running water from the taps and clean kitchen. Lift was operational. Easy to get to the place and both host and caretaker were polite and excellent.
The walls were thin, so we could hear loud noises for many hours into the night. Even a single bathroom tap open was enough to wake us all up. Some of the furniture was tweaky and broken but the caretaker owned it up without hesitation so that was good. It doesn't have generator facilities though the powercut issue wasn't for longer than a few minutes.

The property is nice, on the 1st floor, easy to find. Location is also good. the facilities inside the property also appropriate
The entire apartment was smelling of cigarette smoke. every inch, every fabric, curtains. Probably from their previous tenant. I was traveling with my old parents, which did not sit well with us. We couldn't lie down on the bed without getting suffocated by the smoke smell coming from the bedsheets and pillows. When I reached back home from the trip, all my clothes and every single thing were reeking of smoke.
