Eudoxus Haus

We stayed here for 7 days and had an excellent experience. The host was outstanding from start to finish, checking in with us every day to make sure everything was fine and always replying quickly to our messages. He genuinely cares about his guests. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having a washing machine was especially important for us, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook and feel at home. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was essential during the July heat in Athens. The Smart TV was also a great bonus, allowing us to log into our own Netflix, HBO, and other streaming accounts. The location is excellent: in a quiet neighborhood, just a 7-minute walk from the metro and only 3 minutes from a Lidl supermarket. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Athens and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay.

Logement neuf, très bien rénové et équipé. Tout était parfaitement propre. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. Réponses rapides !met attentions sympathiques. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Le métro est à environ 7 min de marche. Les commerces sont très proches et quelques bons restaurants également. Vous serez près de l'Acropole en un petit 30 min de marche.

Das Apartment ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Mit der nahe gelegenen Metro ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief perfekt über die App, worüber wir auch den Code für die Schlüssel Lockbox erhalten haben. Zur Begrüßung stand als Präsent eine Flasche Rotwein bereit. Also alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Everything was great with this appartment.The host is very kind and helpful,he gives information about everything and it's easy to reach him.I stayed there for one month and I had everything I needed in the apartment because the owner left basic things that is needed.At the end I got also a little present what was very kind of him.The apartment is cosy,all rooms are big enough.Kichen and the bathroom has everyrhing.The location of the apartment is good, 20-30min to everywhere walking and the metro station is like 5min from there.It is quiet at night and neighborhood is good. There is a coffe shop in the buiding and also few supermarkets in area.I would recomend this and I will gladly come back here when I come to Athens again.
