Everyone at guesthouse was helpful and cooperative. They made extra effort to guide and assist us. Facilities and cleanliness within guesthouse was maintained. We needed cold storage to keep some medicines which Devesh handled and he helped us a lot throughout our 2 day stay.
Guesthouse is located behind the main road and some part of the route could have some littering. Inside it's all good.

The hotel was almost near to Kashi Vishwanath Mandir, Dashashwamedh ghat, Kaal Bhairav mandir. So the location was good but was situated in a very narrow lane. Yet all the places were in walking distance, so good. Staff were very helpful.
I booked a quadruplet room with balcony for 3 adults in which there were 2 beds but actually the size was not good. So for 2 people on 1 bed was uncomfortable. Towels were not provided, balcony was not clean.

The hotel is located in a very narrow lane. We were allotted a room on 2nd floor. Mother could not climb and there was no lift. However, the hotel staff was very helpful and arranged for an alternate accommodation.
