The location of the stay was great. AC was working. The geyser was working fine
There were hair on the bed and the staff didnt change the bedsheet even after asking. The bathroom had stagnated water.

Everyone at guesthouse was helpful and cooperative. They made extra effort to guide and assist us. Facilities and cleanliness within guesthouse was maintained. We needed cold storage to keep some medicines which Devesh handled and he helped us a lot throughout our 2 day stay.
Guesthouse is located behind the main road and some part of the route could have some littering. Inside it's all good.

The hotel is located in a very narrow lane. We were allotted a room on 2nd floor. Mother could not climb and there was no lift. However, the hotel staff was very helpful and arranged for an alternate accommodation.
