The check-in is contactless. If you text the staff, they'll tend to any problem you have. I visited in winter, the room was warm, the floors were heated. The bathroom is spacious. They provide toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels.

The building has a different name on the top and above the doors. Only a small plaque next to the front door says Hillzo Stay, which makes it difficult to find. There's a strong smell in the hallway from a defuser or something (not a bad smell, just very strong). The room was initially a little stuffy so I left the windows open when I was out. It would be nice if there was a kettle in the room. It was a bit dirty under the bed.
