I disagree with the reviews that said this was either unclean or unsafe. I felt safe, the room was clean. Door codes worked, everything went smoothly.
This really is an AirBnb rooming house, not a hotel/motel. I think booking.com should take the blame for this. I was fine with everything but I think the price was too high for what you get (a small room, an early checkout, and a shared bathroom). I would go back if the price were lower.
