Lovely old style decor.
On arrival the manager/staff were parked in our designated car park. Took me 15 minutes to get them to move the cars so I could unpack.

We had a wonderful stay at the Argyle Hotel in Maclean while travelling with my sister and my two teenage daughters. Maclean itself is such a beautiful, sleepy little town, conveniently located just 15 minutes off the highway, making it a perfect place to stop and unwind. I booked the **Harwood Room**, which was perfect for our family as it provided two separate bedrooms. The rooms were beautifully styled, comfortable and had a lovely homely feel that made us feel very welcome. The whole experience was exactly what we were looking for — peaceful, comfortable and charming.

Beautifully presented,a wonderful mox of the old and the new.
Unfortunately the road noise overnight caused us to have a poor nights sleep.Thats the risk staying in a pub that is on the main road in the town.
