Facilities exceeded our expectations and the service from Byron was top-tier as well. Even though we had some issues trying to access the area Byron was a very good communicator and helped us even after working hours! We could see every single detail and effort that was placed into the place to make it a very personalized comfortable stay for us. We used it for the day before my wedding and it couldnt have been more perfect!
There were just 2 things, you require 2 access codes to get into the place but they were sent in 2 different emails so that was the struggle initially cause we couldn't find the code. But again Byron was very helpful in helping us with this :)
It's not very loud but you could hear and feel music playing from nearby all night, my friend was a really light sleeper so she struggled a lot to fall asleep.

Quality, design, attention to detail, service all outstanding and the location couldn’t have been better for exploring Fremantle.

Property was clean and location was very convenient
Clearer information to be provided on the layout of the place ie main bedroom and living area accessed via 2 flights of stairs;
No information was provided that second bedroom with 2 single beds was located on middle floor with no air conditioning;
Ensuite in second bedroom was tiny;
Both bottles of body lotion were empty upon check in, tried to inform the property but nil response received.
