Location was good
Several things were broken in the apartment or missing (remotes). These items were not addressed or fixed during our stay.

Very clean, with comfortable beds and nice towels (although more towels would’ve been appreciated). Good location and secure. Very good and prompt communication, very responsive. This was appreciated greatly, especially as we stayed in the New Year period. Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy.
There wasn’t a hairdryer when we arrived. However, the managers were very responsive and sent a new one the next day. Also, the shower amenities were tiny (one 20 ml bottle of body wash/shampoo and one 20 ml bottle of conditioner) plus one teensy bar of hand soap for each bathroom. This was meant to last for a five-night stay for 4 adults. We had to go and buy more supplies. Also, the hand soap dispenser in the kitchen wasn’t filled. May I suggest a coffee machine? It would be a great plus.

המטבח היה ללא מיקרוגל; מכשיר הכרחי בכל מקום אירוח. באחד מחדרי השינה הוסר בגלל לכלוך שהשאיר דייר לפנינו, ולא הוחזר עד למועד העזיבה. כתוצאה מכך לא יכולנו להחשיך את החדר בלילה ולא הדלקנו אורות בערב כי היינו לגמרי חשופים לשכנים. בקשותינו לטיפול לא נענו. הדירה מיועדת ל-4 אורחים אבל בפינת האוכל היו רק 3 כסאות.
