Hotel Grand Arena

The room was good with a front-facing balcony. Cleanliness was satisfactory. The attached bath was fitted with a geyser bucket and bidet. The location was extremely good, as I had a meeting at AIIMS. Even though the front entrance path from the main road is that of a village road, it is wide enough to allow cars, etc. The front desk manager as well as the boys were very well behaved and helpful. They changed the blanket that was stained immediately upon request ; the only thing they could not fix was the fan as the remote could not be traced. There was AC in the room so it didnot create any problem.

There is nothing in specific that I did not like. However, a couple of suggestions - 1. Please check all things in the room properly, before checking in a new guest 2. Please put an electric kettle for guests to make their own tea/coffee as and when they wish. 3. Please keep a glass or a cup in the room
